What it looks like to work together

We work through the COR.E Performance Dynamics™ development system, you have specific situations (on or off the field) to work through with coaching, or both. You can work with Wholebeing Athlete as an individual or as a team (minimum of 5 players).

The basis of all coaching is understanding your energy through the lens of the energy framework.  The specific focus of coaching is up to you!

  • Individual coaching focuses on where you want to see results. Sessions are unique and specific to you. In a 9-session coaching package (1-hour each) we’ll work together for 3 to 6 months. Pricing is based on a sliding scale of $125 to $200 per session as determined by the client (9-sessions package for $1,125 - $1,800).

  • In Wholebeing Athlete we will explore mastering COR.E Performance Dynamics™, a holistic development program for developing mastery in sports and life. COR.E Performance Dynamics™ examines who you ideally want to be, how you want to play, and what you want from your game. Then the program helps you devise a plan to achieve your goals. Ironically, even if your main goal is enjoyment of the game, you will find that your performance will improve, too. You can take this program to all areas of life. COR.E Performance Dynamics™ provides a roadmap to mastery; with that roadmap, you can decide in what direction you’d like to go.

    The success of Unlocking Team Performance is connecting why the athlete plays lacrosse (their values), with what they want from their performance (their goals & vision) and how to achieve their goals (incremental sustainable change) by increasing their overall energy.

    Unleash Your Potential and the fundamentals of lacrosse (not taught in this course), are the keys to unlocking team performance! Unleash Your Potential teaches the energy framework for individual comprehension and a common team language for communication. This unleashes the individual potential of each player through increased energy and reducing influences that detract from performance. Once each players is performing to their potential, team success is inevitable!

    This 10-session course is designed for a 4-to-5-month season. The start aligns with individual pre-season fitness training and concludes at the end of the season with a wrap up session. Meeting weekly for 3 to 4 sessions and then every 2 weeks thereafter.

    For a year-round program, The Athlete’s Code, introduces the 10 Fundamental Practices, a way of being, that creates more energy, reduces anxiety/stress, increases productivity, resulting in more joy and success in lacrosse and life!
