How do you feel about that statement? Initially, I found it both intriguing and unsettling. It wasn’t until I experienced burnout multiple times that the evidence became clear – it was, in fact, my choice. My choice not to set boundaries, my choice to remain in draining situations, my choice to overcommit to others while neglecting my own needs. This journey ultimately led to the development of The Vital Journey

The Vital Journey a 4-workshop series designed to help you clarify your life trajectory, make conscious choices, deepen your confidence, and take action to create meaningful change. The workshop concepts are crafted to both propel you forward and help prevent burnout. By the end, you’ll have a solid understanding of the tools and concepts to energize and transform your life.

The workshops build upon each other, so it is recommended to start with Focus Your Energy, though you can join the series at any point.

  • In Wholebeing Energy sessions, we always keep it real, no matter what. We will draw on real stories and experiences in a zero-judgment space where you can release self-judgment and be honest with yourself. This honesty is the beginning of your transformation.

    The foundation of both Individual and group coaching is learning the energy framework and understanding your day-to-day energy. In these sessions, discussion, self-reflection, and an action-based approach will help you discover and remove blocks that limit your success. You’ll learn how to shift your thoughts and behavior, maximize your energy, increase your confidence and start reaching goals that once seemed impractical.

  • Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client. Beth listens intently, uses a combination of intuition, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and reflective questions to partner with you on your journey of self-exploration and transformation.

  • The 50-minute sessions are unique and specific to you, focusing on the results you seek. You’ll state a goal for each session, which is typically related to your overall reason for seeking coaching or is an emerging issue you want to discuss.  By the end of the session, you’ve determined actions, including an accountability plan, building momentum toward achieving your goal. Ignite your personal transformation through a series of individual coaching sessions.

  • In group sessions attendees learn content, such as the energy framework, to apply to their lives. There are opportunities to discuss your specific situation or desired results with the group, but it’s not the focus. Previous cohorts highlight the enjoyment and benefit of sharing experiences and learning from other women. Past attendees changed their energy within difficult relationships, returned to their love of art, advocated for themselves better at work, and more!

I’m a cross-functional leader, an entrepreneur, an athlete, and deeply spiritual (rooted in Shamanism), so the odds are good that we’ve had some similar experiences.
